MTHR — Holding company · Est. 2025

Welcome to the mothership.

MTHR is one station, owner-operated and powered by a network far bigger than the crew. Every company we start is a module docked onto the core — software, consumer goods, media — each one trading code, reach, audiences and lessons with the rest. The businesses grow each other, and the station grows with every launch.

Phase one:
eight of ten.

MTHR's first phase holds ten companies. These eight are the ones accepted so far — most were started inside MTHR; on HyON we're the operating partner running brand and go-to-market, SIKI docked with 50K+ beta users already aboard, and Ruyi Records brought a working LA label, roster and publishing catalogue with it. Either way we write the code, design the brand and run the ops — nothing here is a passive check. Open any one of them for the full story.

The model

One station.
Unfair leverage.

Chris, Bill and Myles hold the wheel — but no company gets built alone. Every venture draws on our network, our resources, and the reach of the companies already docked to the station.

  1. 01

    Planning

The business comes before the build. We pressure-test the model, map the market and line up the partnerships the company needs to actually work — before a line of code is written.

  2. 02

    Building & testing

We build the app on a stack we know cold — React, Supabase, Vercel, Claude — then put it in front of the industries it's built for and let their feedback shape it until it's genuinely usable.

  3. 03

    Marketing & launch

We strategize the launch plan — celebrity and social-influencer partnerships, or direct-to-business deals — whatever channel puts the product in front of real users fastest.

  4. 04

    Feed the mothership

Every launch leaves behind code, tooling, audiences and lessons the other modules inherit — and trade back. Company eight starts where company seven finished.

Owner-operators

We hold equity in everything and answer to nobody's board. Long time horizons, no forced exits.

One shared stack

Auth, payments, deploys, design system and AI tooling are solved once, then reused forever.

Software speed, physical reach

Same team ships a Postgres schema and a canning line. Sector-agnostic by design.

The system

One station.
Eight modules.

Every company is a module of the same station — docked around one core, and trading with the others: code, reach, audiences, lessons. Watch the exchanges run the ring. Hover a module to read it — click it to board. The dashed bays are for the companies that don't exist yet.

MTHR — THE CORE One shared core — and the modules feed each other: code, reach, audiences, lessons
Crew

The owners.
Not the whole crew.

Chris, Bill and Myles are the main owners — behind them sit the partners, operators and networks of every project on the station, pulled in wherever they're needed to make things happen.

Got something
worth building?

Bring us the idea — or the company. If it's worth building, we put our time, network and resources behind it: planning it, building it, and launching it with you. Partners, distributors and rare operators welcome too. The door's open.
